Most of the respiratory systems of animals today wouldn't be able to survive that much oxygen. Climatically, however, it would have a much different affect. As the ozone is made almost exclusively of oxygen, that kind of atmosphere would greatly contribute to it. Much more of the sun's solar radiation would be reflected and the world would most likely fall into a period of global-cooling. However, this would be nearly impossible considering the amount of carbon dioxide we are pumping into the air.

increasing O2 wud income H. Sap...yet deliver approximately increasing threat of woodland/grassland infernoes (Mexico, Russia)..additionally the likeliehood of greater insect species like the 30" dragonflies of the Carboniferous era whilst O2 stages>30% U wud choose some CO2 to help photosynthesis..yet bear in mind that sort C3/C4 flora respond in yet in any different case to more suitable CO2 stages (much less foodstuff flora/extra weed flora) All that could be a subterfuge to get in the line that human lifestyles is impossible @ Stamford Bridge (CFC) provided that thereis no ecosystem in the video games in any respect!

Breathing would be much easier but what a explosive fire hazard would the atmosphere we would have! The dammed place would burn up in a flash so not to worry about other ecological issues.

Life wouldn't have formed, because that much oxygen is too chemically active to allow for stable life forms to exist as we know them.

Oxygen is corrosive. When aliens visit, they'll probably be surprised that we actually breathe the stuff.
