1. Tom Brady
2. Mike Vick
3. Carson Palmer
4. Brett Favre
5. Peyton Manning
I know Brady restructured his contract to accommodate the free agent signings the Patriots made in the off season, so he may not be the highest paid this year?

Vick is still the highest paid QB this year...since he's already in the books, it counts.
Peyton manning, Carson Palmer are the two highest paid still playing i believe.
