about $500 for each of my kids

$300 each for my 3 kids - ($900) --
$300 each for my husbands 3 kids - ($900).
Honestly - I think parents should spend what they feel comfortable spending. If you have to put it all on a credit card - I would definately cut back. we save up through the year, and thats why I spend 300 on a child - otherwise-- I wouldn't. Some people have more money then others - some try to teach there children that gifts isn't everything - and that christmas means something more - which is alright too!
I think parents should give what they can afford - and thtat they feel comfortable giving.

They are adults now and I spend $100 on each of them (2) plus my son in law though this year I am trying to cut back to $75. I spend about $150 on each of the three granddaughters. Not much on anyone else.

I am an atheist with no kids, so I spend nothing at all. Years ago, I spent $120 on my niece and nephews. My gal Miyuki is from japan, so she knows little about Xmas, but I gave her a $15,700 Piaget watch for her birthday. She is thrilled with such a beautiful gift that she never imagined she could ever afford.

dont have kids but my parents spend a lot on me, i must say. they always have and i have always been greatful. my biggest gift that will mean so much to me this year, and is the least amout at $250.00 i think they paid for tickets, is they are taking me to las vegas to see celine dion perform. i just adore ms. dion's voice and music and i'm so excited. and thankful for it.

I don't have kids...
...but I do havea little brother and baby cousins and I try not to spend too much, as I don't wanna outshine the parents....so maybe about $20 on each kid
