Just bought a Compaq laptop that has Windows Vista. How do I know the above printer will work with it? How do I know whether or not my laptop will communicate with a wireless printer?

To see if a printer works with Vista, go to the web site for the manufacturer and check to see what drivers they have available for the model. If they have a Vista driver, then the printer will work with Vista.
To communicate with a wireless printer, you have to have a standard wireless card in your laptop. If you have a wireless card for Internet, the same card will work for wireless printing.
