Wow, I'm not sure where you can find that particular demographic. Contrary to popular belief, however, Salt Lake City is a fairly diverse community.

The Salt Lake City-Ogden metropolitan area, which included Salt Lake, Davis, and Weber counties, had a population of 1,333,914 in 2000. There are many Latinos and Pacific Islanders. Bosnian, Sudanese, Afghani, Somali, and Russian refugees have settled in the city under government programs. There is a good sized Asian population as well as Greek and other communities.

But I couldn't find anything specific to Egyptian.

Due to the influence of the LDS church and its missionary program, there are many groups and cultures that are represented in the area.
