What makes you stay away from this person?

Two people I try to stay away from.
my boss, because he makes me feel dumb.
the male security guard in my store because he's annoying. (unfortunately I've known him since I was 6.)

my uncle-he's schizophrenic and he can become violent!I don't want to fight with him so I avoid him!
