Beneful does not have general meat by products. It does have poultry by product meal. which is also bad but not as bad as meat by products in general.

Beneful is kind of low quality.

I have heard about this before, but I didn't believe that pet food companies would actually use euthanized pets in their food. And it is weird to think that an animal shelter would allow this to happen to the euthanized animals. At the vet clinic where I work we make sure all of the animals are cremated, a friend of the business owner does it, so we are sure nothing bad happens to the animals. And I know the food my pets are eating does not contain meat by products. I wish this wasn't true, about the euthanized pets, but I have heard it from too many sources that it is true.

When I'ams was taken over by Mars, it was discovered they used cats and dogs in their food. Science Hills was involved in a similar scheme. Confirmed in Top National Newspapers some 5 years ago.

Science Hill's also was involved in some form of scandal about the ingredients they added to the animal food. I do not recall exactly, but it could have been the testing on the Beagles. It appears that Beagles are specific 'laboratory' testing materials. These sweet dogs. To think that Tony Blair allowed an £18 million torture laboratory research centre be built for testing on live animals is absolutely amazing, considering the man considers himself and especially his wife, a Catholic, to be great examples of the Christian spirit.

It is shocking. Then again, we have not yet discussed the dog markets on the Philippines and of course those Far Eastern Countries where they eat anything that crawls.

Wrong -
MEAT BY PRODUCTS - are pig / cow etc. that are not generally used for human consumption. Stomachs, small pieces of fat or meat - not Cat and dogs. Attach a creditable link that states your case.

wow that is horrible that they do that. It should be against the law and consumers should know this before purchasing it for their pats. Thank you for telling me I will check all my dogs foods ingredients before I buy them for him from now on
