I'm not talking a little sad, I mean you feel literally depressed because they lost. I know that it makes me feel terrible, and I know its just a game. But I'm so passionate about my Buckeyes, as are 99.9% of all Buckeye fans. Anyone out there feel this way?

The weird thing is this year, I said at the beginning that I would settle for just competing for the big 10 title. Then week after week, the national title became more and more a possibility. I then wanted more than just a conference title. This was a transition year for OSU, so to be in the Rose Bowl, hopefully, will be a great outcome all things considered.

I'm not lashing out, I'm not making excuses, and I'm not a sore sport. I just happen to love my team a great deal and when they lose, it totally depresses me. They had won 20 consecutive Big Ten games and like 28 straight regular season games in a row. Losing is not something that Ohio State fans have to deal with very often. We have such high expectations, that are often times, unrealistic.

Not at all. If OSU wins out, they could still have the second best season in 30 years. They would finish with only one loss, be outright big ten champs, win their bowl, and beat michigan. Other than a national championship, what more could you want?

Yes. With the Buckeyes loss on Saturday, and the Browns loss on Sunday, I'm totally bummed. At least the Bengals beat the Ravens, and I don't even like the Bengals!

no i am not depressed - i am MAD as hell that my Buckeyes did NOT even show up to play again for the second time in a year.
They appear each week to score easily and then relax as if the game is won already - and they acted the same damned way against floriduh...
what the hell is the matter with the coaches for letting them get this mentality?!!!
it's NOT the mentality of a national champion.
GET IT THE HELL TOGETHER AND FINISH THIS SEASON OFF RITE!!!!!!!!!

I was born and raised in Columbus, and all I know is that the most important thing is we Beat Michigan. If we lose to Michigan, I will feel worst than I did when we lost to Florida last year. the Tressle vs. Michigan stat is crazy, and I would like to continue that domination. it should be a great game!

As long as we finish strong everything will be alright. If we beat the blue, we'll have a Rose Bowl date. Then we show the country that we are not a product of a weak conference. Keep your head up, it's not over yet.
O-H!

been there & done that - In 2000, all my Vols had to do was win the 2nd half of the SEC Championship game & we're off to Pasadena for the National Championship game at The Rose Bowl. - We laid an egg - LSU killed us. Couldn't sleep for a week.

Before this season is over there will be heartbreaks for other teams......that's the problem with everyone focusing only on the national championship.....enjoy the games your team plays and don't take it so seriously......it's only a game for the entertainment of the fans.

Buckeye fans feel bad, but you have to remember: What is the single most important thing to osu fans? beating michigan of course. that is all they care about. a win on saturday will erase the memory of the illinois loss. you can't go to the title game every year. accept this.
and by the way, GO BLUE! we will see you on saturday bucknut!!!!!!!!

I'm not a buckeye fan, I am an LSU alum. However, I have REALLY good friends that are OSU alum and we were hoping for a OSU/LSU faceoff so we could all meet up. \
So I am sad.
