When you're alone and life is making you lonely.....?

...where do you go ?

Much as I'm sure it would cheer me up no end, I can't always go downtown as I'm reliant on the bus service which doesn't run 24 hours a day. Plus when I do get there, all the noise and hurry just makes me nervous and I want to go home again. So I usually just go on t'Internet.

when im alone and life is making me lonely, ive always found that going out to ride my horses cheers me up. Being out in the field riding, just me and my horse, always makes me feel like im in some other world and all my worries and cares are gone at that moment. :o)

while i'm lonely, I frequently hear to tender jazz or kick back-out, browse cyberspace, eat pasta and candies, watch DVDs and each so often, i bypass out on my own for a very good cup of coffee or for a yummy plate of choco-hazelnut crepes.

Try something different ... volunteer. Not only are you not as lonely, but you're making a difference, which boosts your self-esteem.

I go watch television with some family, to the movies with some friends, out to eat. Try to occupy yourself. Hang in there.

I go visit my sisters. One of them has a 5 year old who nearly died this past June, so I have a new appreciation for her now. She always makes me feel better.
