I didn't stand up for myself as a 10-17 year old.
The bitter thirst for revenge has not been quenched yet.
Despite the four year degree and the black belt I now have, I still want to beat the living crap out a few guys I haven't seen in over 20 years.
What motivated me over the years was that I thought I would finally see them at the high school reunion. They were no shows, and won't even return my emails on classmates.com
So much for the high school bullies.

Good question and I would have to say ONE of my biggest regrets is not dating some girls from the past that I had a chance with but I moved on with life.

Letting "the one" go years ago. BUT... if I hadn't... I would never have this lovely family I have right now... so... all in all, I really don't have any regrets. I have always felt that everything in life happens for a reason, no matter how good or how bad.

No regrets when I really look back. Many of the things that happened to me and by me were things I really did not have complete control over. In fact, my freedom was pretty limited in my life.

Being a boozer until I was over 50 - the hurt I caused, the money I wasted and the time I lost can never be recovered or excused.

My biggest regret is that I only get one shot at it. The fact that you have to choose some things and therefore limit yourself from choosing other things.

That I didnt do MORE! Knowing that one can never do enough. I still wish Id done more.. to help others, to educate others, to protect the environment and to do things for just the sheer joy of doing it. Of course Im not dead yet so there is still time. Yep... DO MORE!
