I hate to admit it but barring an injury they are for real. 3 really motivated veterans in the back ends of their primes? They'll be good for the next couple years.

They are the only unbeaten team so far. I don't think they will get tired out like everyone thinks. All teams get tired, the Celtics have alot of veterans and the vets know what it takes to stay in shape for a full season, it's usually the young kids who tire out because they are new to it and like to party more in the hotel bar. I think the Celtics won't burn out because the big 3 won't have to work as hard. Great Players burn out on losing teams because they feel like they have to do all the scoring, like the Sonics, Wolves, and Celtics last season. I think the Celtics will be able to compete with the west. Atlanta beat the Mavs and the suns, and the Celtics destroyed the Hawks.

They sure look like it now, it will be interesting to see how a long season weres on the big three. There all playing a lot of minutes and with the celtics loosing two of three best bench players that means only more playing time for the big three. The 3 are awsome dont get me wrong but fatigue has to set in at some time. Just hope its not at the wrong time.

I sure hope so! the last few years have been dreadful! My biggest concern is if the Big 3 wear down from all the playing time in the long season ahead.

the celtics are definitely for real! not sure about a 60 game season, but they are for real. we'll see how real they are when they play those real west coast teams, mainly the texas teams

The way Garnett is playing and getting at the boards they look really tough. Their role players are not bad either.

Yahoo's Kenny Smith thinks so. Check out his video on the Celtics big 3. http://sports.yahoo.com/nba;_ylt=AjkCNeQ1_1KAyprHM7yQHc05nYcB

Their only win I've been impressed with so far is vs. Denver. Definitely a title contender, but I don't see them beating Houston, San Antonio, Dallas, or Phoenix.
