A 10 to 1 concentration of water to ammonia. It will work the best if the water is soft and hot in temperature.
If you don't have soft water, add 2 tsp. of baking soda to one quart of the mixture.
This stuff will cut through ANYTHING, even floor wax and kitchen grease. The added bonuses are that it's cheap, it needs no rinsing, leaves no residue, and is biodegradable.
Be sure to use it with all the windows open, and wear gloves.

Mr. Clean Erasers are wonderful, I have also found Seventh Generation has a good kitchen cleaner. It is a natural cleaner.
