Infidelity Period is painful... I don't think you can have physical infidelity without having emotional infidelity...both of which will hurt your partner and can destroy a relationship.
='( If you Love the person and have feelings for someone else, just be honest with them and let them move on.

Emotional infidelity will lead to physical infidelity if it's not addressed. If you're a christian, the scriptures tell us not to covet, which is a form of emotional infidelity.

Emotional. It's indescribable. It's okay if your spouse attacks you from the outside, because that will heal someday. But when they attack you from the INSIDE, that takes a little while longer because no doctors can help you with that. No bandages or gauzes or casts. Only YOU can fix that, and it just hurts a LOT. Sorry if this sounds cheesy, but I've been emotionally abused before, so. :)
