I completley agree. Braun and Pedroia were the best Rookies in the entire league. They made, 'rookies' look like 10 year veterans.

Pedroia was an easy selection no other AL rookie had the impact that he did.
Braun won for power numbers and really it could have gone either way and I would have been happy. I think that long term Tulo will be a better player but for this past season i could see either one as the ROY. Another difference though is that Braun just had to play and leave the leadership to the rest of the team; Tulo was looked to as the leader in the clubhouse so he had more pressure. I appreciate Tulo playing defense quite a bit better but Braun's power numbers were ridiculous!

Wow, you asked this question 1 minute before I did.
Well, I'm happy Pedroia won it. He definately put up a strong campaign. You could always tell he was giving it his all on the field, even when he was struggling.
Braun and Tulowitzki both had good season. Braun had a higher average and more homeruns. He also did it in a shorter amount of time then Tulowitzki.
However, I think both are going to have exciting careers.

urstruly, you do no longer watch plenty baseball do you. besides, Braun in a lock interior the NL, placed it interior the books. Pedroia interior the A.L. they are going to in no way supply the award to a reliever that's no longer a closer, so Okajima is out of success. cube-ok has a raffle with some extra high quality starts off, and if Pedroia slips in any respect. .

Delmon Young should have won AL rookie of the year. His stats were better than Pedroia's in all but one category.
You put Young on Boston and put Pedroia on Tampa Bay and tell me who's your MVP.
( Just so yall know. A poll was held on here with Pedroia's stats and Young's stats with no name attached to them and a lot of people picked Young )
I don't have a problem with Ryan Braun even though I would not have had a problem if Troy Tulowitzki 291-24-99104-7 had won it either

Pedroia was hands down the AL ROY, no question.
It's a shame that defense doesn't seem to count in these awards. I would have given the NL ROY to Tulowitzki since his defense is Gold Glove calibur while Braun's defense is just atrocious which offsets the small edge he had in offensive numbers.
I'm also a Red Sox fan so I have no bias in the NL, just an observation from a knowledable baseball fan.

I would have thought Bannister would have gotten more votes than he did but other than that it looks pretty good. I think Tulo deserved in the NL but if anyone else deserved it, it was Braun.

Awesome for Ryan. He deserved it the most. He only played 3/4 of the year, where as Tulo had all year to put up those numbers, and he didnt. Ryan did.

Dustin got it easier since the NL had better rookies going at it. But I think Okajima probably should have got it. He's a godsend to Boston. I'd say, behind Beckett he was the MVP for Boston.
For the NL I would have picked Troy. I like his style, he's a good hitter and has excellent defense.
