not so much anymore, but back in the 80s slash commanded a lot of well deserved attention on stage
joe perrys been known to get the crowd screaming from time to time, and eddie van halen doesn't seem to mind the spotlight either.
as far as bassists go, duff of guns n roses has actually commandeered the mike from axl a couple of times and done rolling stones covers on stage. :)

Blasko- When I saw him play with Rob Zombie, he was rocking out. He worked the stage more and I honestly couldn't stop watching him.
Robin Fink- It's a hard thing to get noticed when you are playing near Trent Reznor, but for many years Robin managed it.
Lyn-Z (MSI) She's constantly jumping off of things, dancing around, plus she's super cute and wears short skirts ;)
Eddie Van Halen- As others have mentioned. I think he does such neat things that you can't help but watch.
