The Dutch for Christmas is Kerst, so look out for 'Kerstmarkt'.

But if you are going around December 11, they will have their own version of Christmas then, when St Nicholas sails into the Netherlands from Spain and rides around the country on a white horse and has these helpers call Zwarte Piet. It's nice. You get to eat pepernootjes (tiny little spicy cookies) and amandelstaaf (marzipan roll in a light almondy crispy case, it's lovely).

You could also contact the Dutch Tourist Board for more information, their website is www.vvv.nl .

Have a nice time.

I find several markets from last year, but non for this year yet.
I am sure there will be one, but the date may not be on internet yet.

Added:
St. Nicolas, locally also known as Sinterklaas is coming this weekend, the 17th or 18th of November and will be around till his 'birthday' 6th of December, the big celebration being the 5th.

December 11 there is a lights night, maybe there is a market that day, in any case, the people who have been there say it is worth having a look.

With the information I have now I would say that it is unlikely that there is a Christmas market running more than just a day or weekend at most.

Below a link to a Dutch (sorry not in English) site where you can see in which cities they will have Christmas markets in December and the dates.
Hope its of any use.
