Does anyone know how i can convery a 12V PC internal fan so i can wire it to a Ac DC Adapter?

i seen this for a mod on the 360 .

People taking pc fans and sticking them at the back of there xbox 360's to cool it down.

i have been searching around the internet all day and night and can not dinf one answer.....

Ok Stu thanks for the help but can anyone go into a bit more detail. i have a 4 pin molex connector in front of me and im just a bit confused on what to do with it all can please someone go into real deep detail for me please :)

Buy a fan with a 4 pin "Molex" connector, NOT a 3 pin motherboard one.
Wire the RED to +5V from mains to DC adapter, and the black to the -ve
