I have a TI-89, and i need help on graphing. i need to be able to graph the following: y=sinθ for (-13/2) ≤ x ≤ -(8π/3)
y=cosθ for (-9π/4) ≤ x ≤ (π/4)

I forgot how to graph these, and i am trying to review for a test. thanks!

y1 = sin x Window min = -13/2, max = -8π/3, scale = π/12
y2 = cos x Window min = -9π/4, max = π/4, scale =π/12

- - - W - O - W - - -

First, locate (-9π/4) and (π/4) on your line.
...../...\.......x . . . . . ../
...........\.....| . . . . .. /
.............\.. |. . . . . ./
----*-----------\|----------/--*---------------- y y=cosθ
(-9π/4).........|\......./.....(π/4).
...............0.. .\. .../

.................. ....\./

FYI: this graph not to scale.

( - - - - - - - - - 2π- - - - - - - -) it needs to be 2π, long
-9π/4 + π/4 = 2π
period is 2π so its full 360degree cycle

wow, your pritty smart,, this is hard math... Trig.

its hard to graph this here... try to go back to that chapter section.
