If you need a PERFECT rhyme, you are limited to "Kiowas", as others have noted. I suspect that won't help your poem much.

So there's TWO possible solutions for you:

1) rewrite the line in which "Iowa" appears so that a different word, that is easier to rhyme, appears in the 'rhyming position' (most likely at the the end)

2) use a "NEAR" rhyme -- these are frequently used in poetry, including the very best poetry. Whether a particular near rhyme will work all depends on how your particular poem flows, so you'll just have to test the possibilities yourself. But here are some things that may help.

In MOST cases a workable near rhyme will exactly match the ACCENT of the original word and exactly, or nearly exactly match its vowels from the accented syllable to the end. If you can also match, or nearly match the consonants after the accented vowel, esp. a consonant that appears at the very end of the word, that will strengthen the rhyme.

For "Iowa" , try the words below, which match the accent and match or nearly match the vowels.

You may also want to play with related forms like "Iowan(s)" and "Iowa's" to get closer rhymes....

biases, irises, viruses
viaduct(s)
riotous
rioted, quieted
sciences
diocese
pliable
violence
thiamin
