You probably have a lack of fiber in your diet. Either get some fibasure or take some fiber pills for a few days and this should help get you regular again. If not then you should see the dr.

You could drink a small amount of olive oil that will help but if you have abdominal pain from not passing a motion you need to see your doctor. This problem may be due to the lack of fluid, drink plenty of water.

You just took a laxative? Or has it been a couple of days? If you just took it sometimes it takes a while to settle. If its been a couple of days go & visit your doctor.

Try the following recipe:

Get some hot water, put some natural honey in it, add orange and lemon concentrates, and drink while it's hot.

It tastes bitter, so feel free to add as much honey as you want and stir it well. This is the magic "reset" drink for my body whenever something's wrong.

Try Psyllium Husk. You can get it at any vitamin store. It ia all natural. Believe me, it will have you working like clockwork.

Just add a couple of teaspoons to a glass of water (OJ will work, too). I have a glass in the morning and a glass at night.

My dad has this problem and he swears by mineral oil...taking it every night before bed...believe it's a natural laxative. D'n'D

Breath normally and only observe/notice your exhaling. And while you exhale, make your mind move/run from your solar plexus (mid-stomach) to your lower abdomen. One single exhale equals to one trip down of your mind. It works wonder, better than your laxatives if you do it regularly everyday.

laxative can be vary hard on your stomache. you should take some fiber... or you can go see your doctor.
