Not yet today, but I haven't left the house yet!

Yesterday I spent two hours with a three year old teaching him to skate. I can't bend my back today, but I'm proud of what I did.

It's not a big one, but I think it counts. I sent a Veterans Day e-card to my buddy Kurt who is a Lt. Colonel in the Army. He is stationed in Bosnia and had to leave a newborn and wife at home. (Also, he's really ticked because he requested Iraq or Afghanistan!) We haven't chatted in probably 2 years, but I wanted to let him know that someone else back home cares for his safety and is grateful for the sacrifices he is making.
