To wake up happy, you have to be happy. You can put on all the masks you want, but until you make the changes in your life that breed happiness, you will fail. As far as energized goes, exercise and eat right.

Stop imagining that looking at yourself from the outside. Who is telling you that you are not happy? What measurement of happiness are you using? Is your body in pain? Not likely. It is the act of thinking about 'you' and 'what you are doing' that is creating the idea of misery.

alot of it depends on the day before, did you take care of your body and mind and heart? if so, its most likely you will go to sleep happy, and with a plan for the next day, and so will awaken happy and ready for that day
