ttc and my doctor said i have peripheral califications on my ovaries?

she has now refurred me to a specialist. my question is have any of you had this.. Ive been ttc for a long long time and im wondering if this could be my answer as to why its not happening for us... Please if you have had this please tell me what was done, and was that the reason you couldnt concieve..
