Every shcool has a different scale. Check your student handbook, or ask your advisor.

The general rule is: 90-100% is an A, 80-90% a B, and 70-80% a C.

But this can vary, and especially so if you have a teacher who curves grades according to the entire class's performance - and even then, some teachers curve the grades so that the average grade is a C, and others curve them so the average is a B.

It depends on your school; or your teacher.
Normally it is:
90-100 is an A
80-89 is a B
70-79 is a C
60-69 is a D
59 or below is an F

A= 80-100
B=70-79
C=60-69
D=50-59
F or R=below 50

A. 92-100
A-. 90-91.9
B+. 88-89.9
B. 82-87.9
B-. 80-81.9
C+. 78-79.9
C. 72-77.9
C-. 70-71.9
D+. 68-69.9
D. 62-67.9
D-. 60-61.9
F. 0-59.9
