To take a bath in I would say no.
There are many other ways to reuse the water.
I would not suggest using on your plants though. The chemicals from the shampoo & soap would kill them.
Maybe you could use the water to mop the floors in.
If you don't mind lugging it outside. You could use it to wash your car. Though I would use clean water to rince it off.
Right after your bath if you have a dog, bath him in it. Again use clean to rince of.
Keeping it for a week the water would just go stagnet anyway and smell up your house.
Have you ever been to someone's house that was not so clean and they had left dirty dishwater in the sink. EWWW trust me it's not a good smell. I think the bath water would be the same after a few days.
Just try to think of another way to use the water right after your bath instead of keeping it.

So, if you don't think it's gross then why not AFTER you bathe wash your dishes in the bath water? That would be a GREAT use for it the second time around ! Or give the dog a bath once a week ! Good luck

I can understand taking a bath and then saving the water to water plants outside but not to re use as bath water again...
I would think you are using dirty water to get clean again and think of all of the dead skin cells floating around in the water EWWWWWW

Why do you want to take a bath in dirty water? What would be the point? I applaud your idea of conservation...but there are other ways to save on water...Don't run the water while brushing your teeth, install a special shower head, don't water your lawn during drought....etc...

When I was young, I had to use the same bath water as my siblings, and we all turned out OK. But I don't think using the same water for a week sounds very clean. How would you reheat it? If it's cold, it's a definite NO. Yech!

if you do that you would be washing yourself in all the filth that washes off your body from previous baths. Its not cleaning you at all. the water would smell like mildew and you could get sick. Its not a good idea at all. wouldn't you rather be fresh and clean everyday and find other ways to save money and resources?

My answer is: Yes, it wrong because used bath water is unhealthy water.
These things are safe:
Freeze all your water that you cook vegatables in and use it to make soup or cooled enough to water plants with.
Freeze your left-over coffee in ice cube trays and then put them in a freezer container...good to throw in gravy and future left-over coffee that you can add a scoop of ice cream and chocolate syrup to. I prefer that in the summer over a cup of hot coffee.

If this is been occurring for years you could desire to, fairly quickly, verify and notice if the wood below the the bath is rotting! funds would not improve on trees so till you could handle to pay for that, pass to a house progression save and ask a close-by sales guy or woman interior the bathing room branch regarding the ideal sealant to your situation, it is going to cost below $5.

That terrible. Because all your nasty self will be aging in a tub of water. I think you should just take a shower instead. Less water.

It's not wrong to re-use it if you're watering plants outside.
Many people do that in Australia because of the level 6 water restrictions.
