I know this will sound counter-productive, but try to eat a little bit of something when you feel nauseous. You may feel like if you do eat, you'll just get more sick. But for me, it actually helps to get a little something in my stomach when I'm suffering from nausea during pregnancy. Don't eat a whole lot, just munch on a few crackers or a small apple. As for the dizziness, make sure you're sitting down regularly and try to prop your feet up whenever possible. Good luck!

Make sure you are getting a good diet. Lots of fruits and veggies. Dizziness can be inner ear infections but also blood pressure. So good diet is important to you and the baby. The baby will take nutrition from your body and leave you lacking (nature provides for the infant) So you need to keep replenishing yourself. Baby need folic acid for brain and spin development, so be sure you are getting extra.

Nausea is usually excess acid in the stomach....So grab something to put in there so it can chew on food instead of your stomach. Keep some crackers on your bed side. Wake up, throw up, eat some crackers. Keep some crackers in your purse and eat a few when you feel queasy.

Normally this feeling will pass after a month or two.

I would try eating small meals, drinking plenty of fluids, try eating crackers. These are some of the things that I tried, didn't work for me though, 39 wks and 3 days and I have to take medication for my morning sickness. I hope some of that works for you...good luck!

I am a doula and registered nurse and this is what seems to help everyone, go to the grocery store get you a bag of ginger snap cookies and some ginger tea and ginger ale soda, eat and drink these when you begin to have the symptoms and when they go away you are good, and this is a very healthy snack for you and will not hurt you in any way...enjoy and congrats mommy!

As strange as it sounds, eat. Having an empty stomach actually makes you feel worse. It's not like having the flu where you stop eating to feel better, try to force yourself to eat some every hour or less, even if it's just crackers.

There's a shot you can get to temperarily relieve it. I wouldn't recomend it though because it Really burns and didn't really work for me.
You can also drink lemon-lime flavored drinks, and eat saltine crackers...also eat small meals, don't let your stomach get empty, and drink plenty of fluids, stay away from caffeine.

Congrats!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How far along are you? If it's early in your pregnancy then try eating some saltines...although that never really helped me too much. If it's later in the pregnancy you need to call your doctor.
