The 2nd amendment is the right to bear arms, the 3rd is no quartering of troops in homes except in time of war. Probably the most important out of those 3 is the 4th which is our right against unreasonable search and seizure and no search w/o a warrant meaning that law enforcement cannot just barge in our house without a warrant (except in emergency circumstances) and seize things from our home, and then try to use it against us. This is very important and is good to know incase it ever happened to you.

Ah yes, the little discussed 3rd Amendment. Included because the colonists were damn tired of being forced to house and feed British and Hessian troops and wanted to make sure it never happened again. Having said that, be assured that Bush in particular and probably most other future presidents would not hesitate to seize your home and property to support the troops if the US were ever invaded.

All the amendments are important because it ensures us that it is less likely for them to be taken away. Even if those particular amendments do not effect you there are others that it does. Every amendment makes our government what it is today.

They're not important.
These are not the amendments you're looking for.
Move along.

This is scary. I don't even know what they are. And that usually means they are not only important but endangered!
