You ask the Judge to recuse himself from the case becuase of that if he wont go to the senior Judge at the courthouse. Tell him the sutuation

The judge is suppose to excuse himself from the case because of personal knowledge/conflict.

The judge isn't supposed to be allowed to work the case if they are friends of any sort with your opponent. Better get a lawyer...
