Emerald Jade and Scarlett Ruby are a little redundant, wouldn't you say? They either mean Green Green or Red Red. I wouldn't do that to a poor defenseless child. Michelle Jewel would the better choice.

I agree with the other girl. Jade and Emerald are pretty names and Scarlett and Ruby are too. But you should choose one, maybe with Michelle or Amber.

I like Jewel Michelle, Ruby, Scarlett, and Rose, but I think that's a lot of color names together.
How about:
Jewel Michelle
Scarlett Rose
Emerald Amber
Ruby Sienna
They sound much nicer in these combinations, and while I know you're not concerned about the meanings, they don't mean green green, or red red.
Some other ideas for you that are completely different:
Poppy Faith
Lilly Wyn
Chloe Beryl
Indigo Iris

I like Amber Rose and Jewel..not so sure about Michelle for the middle name to go with it though.
