Superstition is one of those things that people actually believes in when it hits, but not when it don't hit. Like if a black cat passes in front of a person, it's bad luck and something bad happens they'll blame it on that. They don't stop to think that that it could've happen also without the black cat. If the black cat crosses in front of them and nothing happens they'll forget that they did'nt get bad luck. see what im saying.

Meh, yeah that is a basic part of human nature. Superstition leads us to all the worlds religions. We really have no answers as to an afterlife, spirits etc... But we want to come up with answers to the unknown, and to fears that science itself cannot answer.

yes, i do...its hard not to for me because i was raised in a culture that has a lot of superstitions about certain things that you wouldnt have happening...
like in hawaii, you cant wistle at night, or you conjure the dead spirits; you have to have to doors in your house...one facing the east, and one facing the west or else when the menehune travel through the night, they will come for you; you also have to have ti plants (ti leaf) growing in the four corners of your house to ward off the bad spirits
there are many more, and of course i have had a few encounters with ghosts myself...so its kinda hard not to believe in them
hope this helps :)

it will be real as long as people believe in it. when people stop believing, then it stops being a superstition.

So your asking the not superstitious people if they can tolerate the superstitious people?
How about this, you try to test this out and see what happens:
Never pay your taxes on the day they are due.

i guess they are just stories made by ancient people long time ago to make others afraid of some things.
many of those fakers pretended to be gods so they faked those stories to enhance their god-ship in many ignores eyes.
however every one of us have experienced a superstitious event himself should know that events are super in human eyes but regular in the eyes of science
