Nice question, but another that could be included to this one is,,,,
Who is stifferHillary or Stalin? Who is colder? Hillary or Stalin?
What makes this question so difficult is that after this many years Stalin is pretty stiff and cold, while yet,,Hillary appears to be more Stiff and cold than Stalin or even her own husband Bill.

Since I have a fear of the dead, I'd say Hillary. Even if Stalin was alive I'd still say Hillary. Hillary would never do to America what Stalin did.
