i have to do an essay about russian population
i have done most of it but i can't find anyything to say what they are doing to try and increase the population.
please help me it's in for weds

They are trying to give incentives to people who have children and increase the number of foreigners coming to the country. They are also trying to keep their native population from emigrating to other countries.

because each and each and every of the smart Russians are escaping to different international places. As if you stay, daily survival is larger on their precedence list than reproduction to extra the respect of the state.
