I'm 17 & I'm still flat chested.. It's really putting me down. I'm worried if I have a baby, I can't breast feed it. Can that happen? When is it too late for it to stop growing? What can I do?

You can exercise your pecs. (these muscles lie underneath your breast tissue), this will give you some added lift.
In terms of nursing your baby, your breast will develop accordingly, I wouldn't worry about that, your hormones will take care of that.
