it kind of has an arab or exotic melody and its sounds like "a bee lay ee lay ee lay" they play it on 92.5 the river sometimes

i am not sure of the song you are looking for but i would think that the radio station should have a website which you could check for playlist and maybe there you could find it if all else fails you could always call the radio station and ask the dj i have done that several times
