hello, well if i were u i would get the 60gig bundles, available till tomorrow, or while stocks last, as they feature all what 80 gig does(4usb, chrome front, wifi, ps2/1 compatability)and is quite a bit cheaper than of the 80gig and far superior than the 40gig, and u can always upgrade the hard drive, its a 1.5" sata, but u can easily get an adapter for the common 2.5" and they are much cheaper than the price difference of the 60 and 80 gig ps3s,

the huge difference is the backwards compatibility, there is no way around this, no 'hacks', 'mods', or even 'adapters' its yes or no. make up your mind.

plus with the ps eye, a keyboard, a mouse, and controller charger, where are u going to plug this in? unless u want some ugly usb hub sitting there on ur multimedia stand in ur lounge in a hideous green colour as they always seem to be.

but if u cant get the 60 gig tomorrow, get the 80gig

Gamestop and EB are all selling refurbished ps3's. You should get a refurb 60 gig it will cost 420-435 and you will get backwards compatability and 4 usb ports. I can think of no reason to waste money on an extra 20 gig of HDD space. If it gets to that point, you could always buy an external HDD.

A 40 gb PS3 is great and all but doesnt compare to a 80 gb ps3, an 80 gb ps3 has 4 usb ports more hardrive space, can play most ps1 and ps2 games and has much more stuff!!!!
so go for the 80 gb ps3!!!

Buy the 80GB PS3, it has more hard drive space, built in WiFi, the flash card slots, backward compatibility with PS1 and PS2 games, 2 more USB slots, and a free game.

If you buy the 40GB PS3 you might regret it, but the 80GB PS3 has everything that you will ever need for gaming and home entertainment. The 40GB PS3 can play PS1 games, but it can't play PS2 games. Just go with the 80GB PS3.

Ehm..
A good burning software you should try is Ashampoo. It's one of the best free options available. Free download here: http://bitly.com/1lAVctk
I strongly recommend it.
Hope it helps.

NONE PS3 SUCKS GET A 360 ITS GOT MORE GAMES AND BETTER ONLINE PLAY PLUS YOU CAN BURN GAMES FOR IT AND NOT HAVE TO GET A MOD CHIP FOR THE 360 AND ALL OF THE OLD XBOX GAMES ARE BEING PORTED OVER IN UPDATES SO THAT THE WORK FOR THE 360 EVENTUALY THE 360'S LIBRARY WILL BE 10 TIMES WHATS THE PS3 HAS.
