BROCCOLI, BRUSSEL SPROUT AND SPINACHI ...
BROCCOLI...COOKED AND ADD IT TO THE GREENS AS A SALAD...yumm
BRUSSELS I LIKE ADDING THEM IN CORN SOUP OR JUST EAT THEM WITH STEAK..gadd!! so good ...
SPINACHI I ALWAYS FRY IT WITH EGGS, LOVE IT IN THE MORNINGS FOR MY BREAKFAST(GREEN EGGS AND HUM)..nothing can beat it so Heathly and manchy...
Thats just me , i do eat them all, i love vegetables ....

I love them all, but if I have to pick just one, I get broccoli all the time, spinach is usually year round, I think I would go from yummy brussel sprouts fresh not frozen!

I've never had a brussel sprout, broccoli is nice, but give me spinach any day as long as it's not creamed!

Broccoli alone....Spinach as a xcomplimentary part of a casserole, dip or quiche....hardly ever brussel sprouts. But I love cabbage! Weird...
