My boobs and nipples are already sore and they feel heavy but now I have a very small skin tag on my aerola... (it's really small and stretchy, a skin tag). What does this mean?

It's not a different color, it's about the size of a pen point, stretchy & soft.

Is this a new symptom for you or does this happen when you're close to menstruating (breast heaviness & sore nipples)? Skin Tags can appear on people & it doesn't have to mean anything, you can get those removed. I would make an apt. with your doc. & get a check-up, if you haven't had one recently.
