I know sites sell movie stills online but I want a very specific scene/frame that would have to be custom printed for a poster. I don't have the technology/ability to do this myself. Is there a place I can order this or have it done?

More than likely, no, unless you're able to go through the actual film company. Anyone who captures the image (if it has not been sanctioned by the movie company itself) is committing copyright infringement; printing it would only add to the illegality of it.

True story: for my parents' 25th anniversary, my sister and I got one of their wedding pictures and took it to get a print made to put in a personalized frame we bought. They told us we couldn't do it because we didn't own the rights to that photograph; the photographer did, even though we purchased the print and it was 25 years old. They were, however, willing to make a photocopy of the photo which didn't look as good (and was on regular paper). I would assume the same would be true of movie stills.
