My boyfriend loves to play Unreal Tournament on his computer. I would like to get him a game console for Christmas. Which is best for those types of games and which games should I get for him (FPS)?

i think ps3 is a good option and have great games.
the new unreal 3, call of the duty 4, res. fall of men and some others and its the best console for rpg and action adventure games.
but 360 has more FPS titles i guess like mass effect, bioshock and halo 3.

I would say that you should get him a xbox 360 because of all the cool games they made and will make for this game console. Popular first person shooters on the xbox 360 are like gears of war, halo 3 and also call of duty 4. Not only the games are pretty cool, the graphics are killer because the xbox 360 runs on hi - definition dvd. Not to forget that xbox 360 has xbox live which will allow him to play on the net with other player around the world.

I would say the Xbox 360. Get him Rainbow 6 Las Vegas, it's an amazing first person shooter which runs off of the same game engine that Unreal Tournament does. He's sure to love it.

I would go for the xbox 360 because it has more games and for the online service it has (xbox live).
The game Gears of War is pretty cool and graphics are awesome.
Maybe you can give him a gift card so he can pick his own game, just a thought :)
