because he has been cheating on me. He knows I can't afford the mortgage, the kids, anything...I couldn't afford to care for my self on my wages....He moves the girl in and gets her pregnant. We have a home we are buying 2 vehicles, and 1 son. Him and his girlfriend made threats to me if I come to visit my son they would call the cops... 5 months later she is pregnant...he kicks her out and wants me back...I didn't go... but now he want her back... How can I get him legally?

Get a spine. Get a lawyer. Get a divorce. Get the house and
kids. Get alimony. Get child support. Get a life.

You need to consult a lawyer, people on public aid can usually get a disctrict attorney to help. First establishing a stable enviroment for yourself this will only benifit you when it comes to the children etc. Then hire an attorney ask for visitation, because the father does have rights, set up child support, and marital support. After this is done life will get easier. In the mean time check with the local Department of Child and Family services or commonly knowen as DCFS. they will help you in getting you on the right track. Oh one last thing DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT open any credit cards, heating bills etc under your childrends SS # you will loose your kids faster than lighting. My sons mother did that and lost custody. Ask for help. Also if you are in need or money food etc Call the catholic Church they will donate.

Firstly, get a grip of yourself and stop making yourself available to him!! Secondly go through the courts and take him to the cleaners. Take your child out and dont take him back. Lastly tell him to go screw and get the police. Finally, wait till you see her on the street and smack her one (only when she's had the baby though) wont solve anything but will make you feel better.

Get a good lawyer, at least talk to one some of them love this stuff, if not go to some type of govt. help dept of children and families, or some social worker dept. they can help for free and make sure you don't get burnt.

you need to get a lawyer. Don't dig a hole you can't get out of by yourself. He can't keep you from your child, but you really need to get a lawyer right away.
