Maybe it is my background, but I don't consider business clothes, dresses (depending on the dress) or sweaters "formal". I wear blouses and sweaters and blazers on a daily basis, whether I'm just going to the grocery store, to a dinner (depending on the dinner I would wear either khakis or pants), or to church. On the other hand, my husband comes from a family that considers khakis and golf shirts semi-formal, whereas that's casual or semi-casual wear for my family.

If this is a job that requires writing (sentence structure, spelling capitalization, grammar, etc.) you're not going to get very far, especially if you're already 17. Your run-on sentence and lack of punctuation and capitalization is confusing. Even after reading it a couple of times, I did not fully understand your question. What is "t parrasons"?

As for what to wear, business casual to a full suit. If I were to go on an interview, whether it be for Wal-Mart as a sales person or at a government office (whether it be for a janitorial position or an office position), I would wear my gray skirt suit with a white fitted blouse and low black heels. The only jewelry I would wear would be my gold ball earrings (which I wear literally all the time anyway) and my engagement and wedding rings. I would carry my small, wallet style purse and a padfolio with extra copies of my resume and a legal pad for taking notes.

wear smart clothes as this communicates your standards even if smart clothes are not required for the job. Shakes hands firmly and make eye contact. Think about accepting a drink - will it make you need the toilet? Think now about what you have achieved for preparation. Have you worked as a team either at school, in a play, sports etc. What did you bring to the group etc. Have you had to work to deadlines? How did you prioritise? To answer each question give an overview of the situation, what you did, and then what the outcome was. Most of all, be confident and YOURSELF.

Even though it may not be a fancy business interview, you should dress up. When I went to an interview at old navy I wore nice black pants and a blouse. Its better than jeans. You want to distinguish yourself from the crowd

You should be yourself in total control of your mind and body basically. Confident, fully aware, paying attention, responding to their questions on the spot. About the clothes, you should go check what they wear in that company....formal, elegant-casual and so on. Then, adjust it to your own style. Help here:

Dress the part for the position you want. People are going to judge you by their first impression of you.

it depends on where you're gonna be working....if you're working at a the mall, a clothing store, or grocery store then wear nice pants with a button up shirt. Try not to be shy and be yourself. Be polite and outgoing...... ummmmm that's all I can think of right now....how this helps.

dress formally, like you'd probably wear if you were a teacher or a doctor. don't wear jeans, it's really unformal. maybe a dress... sweater...something formal.
