is it possible for having intercourse around when you are supposed to start your period to stimulate something and help it come more regular

I am asking this question because I have had an extremely irregular cycle since I started 12 yrs ago. It became even worse when I had my daughter 6 yrs ago sometimes missing as many as 3 in a row. Then the last 2 months Right after having intercourse (within the same day) my period would start.

No, usually having sex before a period makes it change slightly.
However i will admit that the months after that they do tend to be more regular, i think it changes for different people, i wouldn't count on it working, if your thinking of trying this method.

No, The only reall way I know to regulate your period is to start taking birth control pills.

no, it will regulate itself in it's own time.
