If you mean Ferdinand II, married to Isabela, their daughter Catherine was married to Henry VIII of England and had only one child that lived, Mary I of England (also known as Bloody Mary). She had no children. You could not be descended from Ferdinand II of Spain through Catherine.

Yes, it is possible. However, it will definitely not be through Catherine of Aragon since her only surviving child was her daughter, Princess Mary Tudor who also died childless.
Ferdinand V of Castile & II of Aragon married Isabella of Castile and together they had:

Joanna of Castile - had six children
Isabella of Asturias - only son Miguel da Paz died childless
Juan, Prince of Asturias - died childless
Maria of Aragon - had 10 children
Catherine of Aragon - only daughter Princess Mary Tudor died childess

Only two daughters out of five children married and produced offspring and only a few survived to adulthood. Your family could be a branch from any one of the two remaining daughters, Joanna of Castile and Maria of Aragon by Ferdinand V of Castile & II of Aragon and Isabella of Castile even if you eliminate Catherine of Aragon, Isabella of Asturias and Juan, Prince of Asturias.
