If she has a fever, definitely give her a bath to help cool down her temperature. If she doesn't have a fever then bathe as her normal but quickly wrap her in a towel to avoid her getting the chills and dress her right away. Good luck!

i would say make sure the room is warm and just wipe the baby over not a bath. or better yet call the peditrician. but def. wipe the babies private parts and under the neck you know the parts that will smell sour. also watch for the baby touching his/her ear. could be an ear infection. and that is the only way you will know is by watching the little angel. and dont over dress the baby. too warm could bring on a fever as well. also get you some pedialyte. you don't want the baby to dehydrate.

I would give her what my mom used to affectionately call a "spit bath" (or sponge bath). Just get a warm rag and clean areas where you think germs or sweat may have accumulated and don't immerse her completely in water. You can probably accomplish this during a clothing/diaper change and dry her off promptly--that way she won't get as chilled. I definitely wouldn't get her hair wet.
If she is running fever, a lukewarm or cool cloth may actually help relieve it or bring it down. If you are very concerned about her symptoms, call your pediatrician--4 mos. is pretty young for flu and they may want to see her.

I would give her a nice warm bath...they are soothing to babies.
Also, try some of that baby vapor bath stuff in the water - almost every brand makes it...my daughter loves it when she doesn't feel well.

Think about it. What would happen if you give a bath? Why not? If I were you I'd take a risk and give the baby a bath. (But if he doesn't like water than don't give him a bath.)

Give her a wipe with a warm flannel and clean up the face, neck, hands and bot! Nothing else is important, I promise you that!
