Hollywood Video has bins in front of the store that have used DVDs that are 100% Guarenteed! I buy these all the time; the older they are, the cheaper, some are just $5.00 US each! Try 'em!

You can sign up for Netflix and you can buy the DVD's for anywhere from $5.99- $9.99. Good quality and great selection.
