Lack of wings is your first problem.

If you somehow acquired wings, the next problem would be your weight. The largest flying bird - the Andean Condor (with a wingspan of ~3m) weighs only ~11-15kg; compare that to the ~80kg for the average human. Birds that large cannot fly, as you cannot support wings large enough to provide enough lift.
Birds shed a lot of weight by having lighter bones. This might solve some of your problem, but you'd need to radically alter your makeup, as the hollow bones wouldn't be able to bear your weight while walking.

Even if you dramatically lost weight, the next problem would be your brain and your diet. In humans, the brain uses a lot of our energy intake in order to be able to do all the thinking we do (usually ;-) - in birds, their wing muscles use the lion's share. So you'd either have to eat extremely high-sugar foods, and eat much more regularly (neither of which our body is able to handle that well), or loose a lot of your brain-power.
So even if you could fly, you wouldn't be able to appreciate the sensation :-(

It's fun to tickle someone with a feather. But you can't have it both ways. You would not be able to tickle or be tickled if you, yourself, were adorned in some kind of feathery plumage. It's not going to work . . . Sorry! So, you can't have it both ways. I kind of like it the way it is. If I could fly then I might be shot down by a tamed turkey or something.

Since we haven't evolved any wings, you have to buy a plane ticket or know somebody who can give you a ride. You can always fly in your dreams. Think about it before you go to sleep and keep doing that until you dream about it. Works for me.

If you believe you can fly, you can. You just aren't believing in the power of your dreams. Find a tall place and really believe in your dreams. You can soar.
