a homemade greeting card because that shows that the person who gave it to you really cares about you and they took the time out of their life to do something for you instead of just buying a card..... by the way this is a really interesting question ................

Doesn't matter to me. A homemade card show a real thoughtfulness but if your like my husband than buying a store bought card would show thoughtfulness too because my husband isn't the type to go in a look at a couple and just grab one, he spends like an hour picking out the perfect card - that's why I won't go shopping with him when it comes to buying a card. :)

Homade are better but heartfelt cards (even those that look handmade) from someone I know loves me is nice. My hubby buys cards and he reads them carefully...I've seen it when he buys for others also. He's also used my stuff to make cards. I like to give cards and choose to make them if I have the time - if not, I have to stop by the store and seek out the best one I can find for my loved one.

i'd appreciate both but i'd appreciate the homemade one more because i know a lot of love and care went into making the card. but i would alos appreciate a store-bought card more because i know somebody spent their money to get the card and give it to me. =]

depends on who its from my son a homemade one but an adult friend a store bought one with money is always better
