Nicorette nicotine patch! It helped me quit smoking and all you have to do is to take the patch off if you're swimming or showering :P Gum i tried but after chewing it gets tiresome and the tendency to spit it out is high. The patch provides your system with nicotine the whole day and you have lower dosages in the coming weeks - feel way better now w/o cancer sticks

if you want to smoke, smoke hand rolling tobacco as it has many times less the noxious chemicals and junk they put into the readymade cigs.
