Here is my tip to you. Watch what you are really spending at the grocery store by looking at the cost per use on the tag. It is little and will read like this 2.2 per ounce, use, pound etc.. It is supposed to be on every tag in the grocery store. This helps me know what I am really paying for the product without guessing from the look/size of the box.

Write down every cent you spend for a couple weeks - you might be amazed to see how much you spend on things you could do without.
