how to treat hemiplegic using speech therapy ?

i am Physio and need to treat the patient, it is really very imp for me, plzz help

Hmm. Are you really a physiotherapist? If so you would know that speech therapy will not improve physical paralysis; it is used to relearn speech and should be delivered by a speech therapist.

do u now know how to spell?? ok, do they really need the therepy?? but, yes, they need to relearn it.
